The Mythos ClimaPro On-Demand is a proven commercial espresso grinder trusted by baristas in busy café and restaurant environments. Designed for medium-to-high volume service, it combines fast grinding, temperature stability, and near-zero retention for consistently excellent espresso.
Equipped with 75mm long-life titanium burrs and a unique heating + automatic fan cooling system, the ClimaPro maintains stable burr temperature throughout the day—reducing recalibration and improving shot consistency. The doser-less, clump-crusher design grinds fresh coffee directly into the portafilter in a clean, cone-shaped pile, hands-free.
